Minimale is a neo-gothic font created by french graphic designer Johan Mossé. It represents the citation graph as promoted in the project: characters are reinterpreted depending on current issues as character legibility Gothic by non-germanophones. Each style contains 168 glyphs.

Is it possible to purchase or download this font somewhere?

I believe this was a personal project he worked on. I don’t think this font is for public use. You can send him an email and maybe he will let you have it.
